If you’re in the U.S., you’ve got a 90-day change-of-mind return window on all orders. If you receive your Minaal gear and decide it isn’t right for you, you can return it as-new for a full refund (including the original shipping cost*). As a small business, we ask for a $15 contribution to help cover the cost of return shipping and restocking.
*Note: expedited shipping costs (2nd-Day Air, Next-Day Air) are non-refundable.
When we receive your return and confirm that the gear is in as-new condition, we’ll process your refund, minus the $15 restocking contribution.
(Change-of-mind returns outside the U.S. aren’t currently available – sorry! The cost of shipping gear back to our international hub is too high to make it workable for either side.)

Every so often, when we introduce new products, we open them up for pre-orders before they’re in stock. If you pre-order Minaal gear, you can change your mind at any time before it ships and receive a full refund. If the order’s already shipped, then the change-of-mind details outlined above will apply (including this type of return not being possible for international orders).
For U.S. users: if you receive a pre-order shipment and decide you’d like to exchange it for other gear, you’ll need to do so within 90 days of receipt and make up the price difference. If you receive in-stock gear and decide you’d like to trade it for pre-order gear, you can return your in-stock gear for a refund (as long as it’s in as-new condition), then make a new order for the pre-order gear.
