All US orders placed by Dec 13 should arrive before Christmas Day – we just can't 100% guarantee what happens after your order leaves our warehouse, so we recommend building in some buffer!
Many orders placed later than Dec 13 will still arrive in time, depending on your location – see info further down for more details.
If you're outside the US, the standard shipping estimates listed below apply. The sooner you order, the better your chances!
We ship Monday-Friday, and guarantee same-day dispatch if you place your order before 12pm Pacific (3pm Eastern). All orders placed between 12pm Pacific Friday and 12pm Pacific Monday will ship on Monday; this includes any expedited shipping options you might choose.
TRANSIT TIMES: See map. All transit times refer to business days (Mon-Fri). For example, an order placed noon Tuesday will arrive in San Francisco by end-of-day Thursday, or in NYC by end-of-day the following Tuesday.
EXPEDITED OPTIONS: If you need the bag urgently, we offer FedEx Next-Day Air shipping. Note that this service doesn't run on weekends.
We ship pretty much everywhere. Almost all bag orders use premium express courier, and include tracking and insurance – giving you total peace of mind all the way to your front door.

POSTAL OPTIONS For small orders (i.e. those that don't contain any bags), we also offer International Registered Airmail, which generally takes 7-28 days and includes basic tracking.

We'll work hard to avoid your package getting held up by wheeled-suitcase-loving bureaucrats. But we can't guarantee that you won't experience delays, or be charged duties or other fees.
