We ship Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), and generally dispatch same-day or next-day, depending on the timing of your order. For all orders placed after 12pm Pacific Friday, “same-day” dispatch means Monday; this includes any expedited shipping options you might choose.
TRANSIT TIMES: See map. All transit times refer to business days (Mon-Fri). Day count starts when the order is shipped (see above). For example, an order shipped Tuesday will arrive in San Francisco by end-of-day Thursday, or in NYC by end-of-day the following Tuesday.
EXPEDITED OPTIONS: If you need the bag urgently, we offer FedEx Expedited Shipping. Note that this service doesn’t run on weekends.
International
We ship pretty much everywhere. Most bag orders ship via premium express courier, and include detailed tracking.

POSTAL OPTIONS
For some smaller orders, we also offer International Registered Airmail, which generally takes 7-28 days and includes basic tracking.
