If you're a photographer with a tripod, a yoga student with a mat — or simply one of those people who carry mysteriously long packages around all day — the Extender Straps let you remain hands-free on the move. Together, they add 20cm (7.87in) of length to the bag's side compression hooks — meaning you can secure and carry long, bulky items that don't fit inside your bag.

Instantly attach, adjust, and tighten the straps, or remove them whenever you want to stay extra streamlined. They're made from high-grade webbing and feature a high-tensile aluminium hook. They're built to last, and backed by a lifetime warranty.

We ship Monday-Friday, and guarantee same-day dispatch if you place your order before 1pm Pacific / 4pm Eastern. All orders placed between 1pm Pacific Friday and 1pm Pacific Monday will ship on the Monday - this includes any expedited shipping options you might choose.

TRANSIT TIMES: See map below - all transit times refer to business days (Mon-Fri); so for example, an order placed noon Tuesday will arrive in San Francisco by end-of-day Thursday, and NYC by end-of-day the following Tuesday.

International Shipping

We ship around the world Monday-Saturday via premium express tracked courier from our international distribution hub, offering delivery straight to your door – plus total peace of mind.

→ NZ/Aus/Singapore/Canada: 4-9 business days

→ UK/Germany: 4-10 business days

→ Rest of World: 4-14 business days

Note: For orders of accessories we also offer International Registered Airmail, which takes 7-28 days.

We'll work hard to avoid your package experiencing problems, but in the end we can't guarantee you won't experience delays or be charged duties or other fees. Return Policy

To make a return request (if you're in the U.S.), visit this page.

If you’re in the U.S., you’ve got a 90-day change-of-mind return window on all orders. If you receive your Minaal gear and decide it isn’t right for you, you can return it as-new for a full refund (including the original shipping cost). As a small business, we ask for a $15 contribution to help cover the cost of return shipping and restocking.

When we receive your return and confirm that the gear is in as-new condition, we’ll process your refund, minus the $15 restocking contribution.

(Change-of-mind returns outside the U.S. aren’t currently available – sorry! The cost of shipping gear back to our international hub is too high to make it workable for either side.)

Pre-Order Returns/Exchanges

Every so often, when we introduce new products, we open them up for pre-orders before they’re in stock. If you pre-order Minaal gear, you can change your mind at any time before it shipsand receive a full refund. If the order’s already shipped, then the change-of-mind details outlined above will apply (including this type of return not being possible for international orders).

For U.S. users: if you receive a pre-order shipment and decide you’d like to exchange it for other gear, you’ll need to do so within 90 days of receipt and make up the price difference. If you receive in-stock gear and decide you’d like to trade it for pre-order gear, you can return your in-stock gear for a refund (as long as it’s in as-new condition), then make a new order for the pre-order gear.

Warranty Policy

We offer a lifetime guarantee against all manufacturing defects. If your gear has a defect, we’ll send you a replacement or organise a repair – anywhere in the world.

This second paragraph is where some companies might list their endless conditions, exclusions, and sub-clauses to their reckless first sentence. But we’re big believers in common sense – a defect is a defect – and we won’t use legal jargon as a rock to hide under when you come knocking. Problems with our gear are incredibly rare, but we know how good it feels to have a solid warranty backing you up when you’re on the road. If any of our gear falls short of our high quality-control standards, we’ll make it right.

Ultimately, any gear that takes a severe beating over a long period of time will eventually show signs of wear and tear. This isn’t considered a defect – but drop us a line if you’re in doubt, and we’ll be straight with you either way.
