Shipping in the USA
We ship Monday-Friday, and guarantee same-day dispatch if you place your order before 1pm Pacific / 4pm Eastern. All orders placed between 1pm Pacific Friday and 1pm Pacific Monday will ship on the Monday - this includes any expedited shipping options you might choose.
TRANSIT TIMES: See map below - all transit times refer to business days (Mon-Fri); so for example, an order placed noon Tuesday will arrive in San Francisco by end-of-day Thursday, and NYC by end-of-day the following Tuesday.
EXPEDITED OPTIONS: If you need the bag urgently, we offer 2-Day Air and Next-Day Air shipping. Note that these services don't run on weekends.
We ship around the world Monday-Saturday via premium express tracked courier from our international distribution hub, offering delivery straight to your door – plus total peace of mind.
The following are estimates:
→ Japan/Singapore/Canada/NZ/Aus: 4-9 business days
→ Western Europe (except UK): 4-10 business days
→ Rest of World: 4-14 business days
→ United Kingdom: 15-20 business days. Due to Brexit, shipping options are currently limited to Royal Mail Airmail.
Note: For orders of accessories we also offer International Registered Airmail, which takes 7-28 days.
CUSTOMS: We don't pretend to have intimate or extensive Customs knowledge of the entire world. We'll work hard to avoid your package experiencing problems, but in the end we can't guarantee you won't experience delays or be charged duties or other fees. There's always a risk (just like stepping out your front door in the morning!) – while we’ll do what we can to work with you, we can’t and don’t take any responsibility for any dealings with your country’s Customs service.

We offer a lifetime guarantee against all manufacturing defects. If your gear has a defect, we’ll send you a replacement or organise a repair – anywhere in the world.
This second paragraph is where some companies might list their endless conditions, exclusions, and sub-clauses to their reckless first sentence. But we’re big believers in common sense – a defect is a defect – and we won’t use legal jargon as a rock to hide under when you come knocking. Problems with our gear are incredibly rare, but we know how good it feels to have a solid warranty backing you up when you’re on the road. If any of our gear falls short of our high quality-control standards, we’ll make it right.
Eventually, all gear used over a long period of time will show signs of wear and tear – fabric color changes, slower zipper action, or similar. These wear and tear effects aren't considered defective, but drop us a line if you're in doubt, and we'll be straight with you either way.
In particular, you can expect to see signs of wear and tear on most Used products listed on our Marketplace. That's the whole concept :) Our warranty covers all products bought and sold on the Marketplace, but again it covers defects, not wear and tear. And again, feel free to ask us before using the Marketplace as a seller or buyer.
