We offer a lifetime guarantee against all manufacturing defects. If your gear has a defect, we’ll send you a replacement or organise a repair – anywhere in the world.

This second paragraph is where some companies might list their endless conditions, exclusions, and sub-clauses to their reckless first sentence. But we’re big believers in common sense – a defect is a defect – and we won’t use legal jargon as a rock to hide under when you come knocking. Problems with our gear are incredibly rare, but we know how good it feels to have a solid warranty backing you up when you’re on the road. If any of our gear falls short of our high quality-control standards, we’ll make it right.

Ultimately, any gear that takes a severe beating over a long period of time will eventually show signs of wear and tear. This isn’t considered a defect – but drop us a line if you’re in doubt, and we’ll be straight with you either way.

If you're in the U.S. and want to request a warranty refund or replacement, you can do it here.

If you live outside the U.S. and have a warranty issue, it's best to contact us directly.

My Daily

This review may be a bit bias, as I am a huge fan of MinaaI, The Daily was the first backpack I purchased many years ago and it the only travel backpack I use now. I do my fair share of traveling and the Daily goes with me on all my trips. It's a great backpack that fits everything. The material and design is by far top if its class, from the rain cover the the whistle on the buckle, Jimmy and his teams thought of everything. If you are looking for a Daily backpack or travel backpack, buy the Daily!

This Travel Consultant Is Happy

My entire team travels for work as consultants and this is our bag … literally: when you join my team you get a Minaal Daily Bag with our logo. At first, I thought it was just some swag they were giving out, but over the months I realized this was something special. After nearly two years of 50% travel, I can now tell you why I love this bag.

I travel Monday–Thursday, and I like to keep things minimal with carry-on only. The thing is, if you don't have status with an airline, this can be very stressful (you'll be fighting for overhead bin space with everyone else trying to do the same thing). Not so with this bag … it fits beneath any airline seat. During the warmer months I pack a whole week of travel in the Daily:
- Minaal Toolcase
+ BatPower MacBook Pro Charger (makes it easier to plug into a crowded power strip and includes a couple of USB-C ports)
+ Amazon Fire TV Stick (works well on hotel Wi-Fi, provides privacy against logins, and prevents logging in every week)
+ USB-C to USB-A adaptors (they’re tiny)
+ Multi-type charging cable (for Lightning, USB-C, and micro USB)
+ Another lightning cable
+ Apple Watch charger
+ Remote PowerPoint pointer/clicker
+ Spare AAA batteries
- Minaal packing cubes (I usually only need 2/3 of these for summer trips
- Spare pants
- Shirts
- Socks & underwear
- Toiletry bag
- Dry sack for dirty laundry (Osprey has a handle for easy emptying)
- MacBook Pro 15"
- Ipad Pro 12.9"
- Portable charger battery
- Water bottle
- Snacks
- Noise-canceling headphones (Bose QuietControl would be the largest I can fit, but AirPods Pro save even more space)

There's actually room to squeeze maybe one more thing if I need, or strap it on the side. When it gets colder and my clothes get bulkier I have liked either the Minaal Carry-On 2.0 or a wheelie bag with magnetic self-aligning wheels.

Pro Tips:
- Keep the straps tight and close the sternum strap for good fit
- It looks better on the full side

Easy and Everyday

Currently using as my everyday bag for work. Size is perfect for a laptop, packed lunch, water bottle, light jacket. Interior pocket does well for my over-ear headphones, computer charger and an external hard drive. During travel I insert the Daily into the 2.0 in the same compartment as my laptop - no real issues and helps keep me at 1 bag which is handy for train travel overseas. Better used with straps hidden and carried by the handle, in my opinion.

Great for daily use

I tend to take this bag along with the Minaal 2.0 for travel and it fits its purpose well so I am not carrying such a large backpack at any point. I am able to fit enough for daily use and use it as a bag to put anything I buy when travelling.

Awesome bag and awesome company

I have used my Daily Bag everyday for the last two years as a commuter, travel and even light hiking bag. It is perfect. Thoughtfully designed, cool looking and great materials. When I contacted Minaal about a small issue with a zipper on the bag, I had a response within a minute and they took care of it. Can't recommend this bag enough and hope to also buy the carry-on 2.0!

my daily backpack

I use the Daily mostly to and from work. Enough space for lunch, some notes, sport clothes, and the laptop. But I've also been to Mexico with it (as my only bag!). There's more space than you think, and if used together with the packing cubes it's unbeatable. +1, would buy again (but it's still working).
