This second paragraph is where some companies might list their endless conditions, exclusions, and sub-clauses to their reckless first sentence. But we’re big believers in common sense – a defect is a defect – and we won’t use legal jargon as a rock to hide under when you come knocking. Problems with our gear are incredibly rare, but we know how good it feels to have a solid warranty backing you up when you’re on the road. If any of our gear falls short of our high quality-control standards, we’ll make it right.
Ultimately, any gear that takes a severe beating over a long period of time will eventually show signs of wear and tear. This isn’t considered a defect – but drop us a line if you’re in doubt, and we’ll be straight with you either way.
If you're in the U.S. and want to request a warranty refund or replacement, you can do it here.
If you live outside the U.S. and have a warranty issue, it's best to contact us directly.
Had these bags for over two years now and still love them. They hold all my stuff very nicely. The Travel bag holds so much more than you would expect because it doesn’t look bulky and that’s because it isn’t. Very nice sleek look only two pockets (integrates into the bag so it keeps that sleek smooth look) for easy access stuff.
The travel bag has two good size interior pockets which have depth to them. The main compartment opens clamshell style. The middle area holds laptop/ one large and one small tablet plus a pocket for papers, magazine or whatever and for passport (?) and another for pens. Don’t like the way this area opens, just two edges unzip the side and top so I sometimes find it awkward to get at so I usually just open at the top and slide things in and out without opening all the velcro closures.
The back pocket where the backpack straps live when not in use is very handy to have as you can also store extras in there.
There is a bottle pocket on one side and there are compression straps which are very handy. They make it more difficult for someone to slide the zips open. Nice very comfy carry handle on one side (would have liked them all the way around one on each side. )One comfy handle at top also. Backpack straps are the best of any I’ve tried very adjustable and comfortable. The Day pack is great also but lacks handles there is one at top and on one side I would prefer all sides to have handles. There is no water bottle pocket on the outside which I would like to have. This bag has one good outer easy access pocket. The main section opens clamshell as does the laptop/tablet/papers etc area at back of bag and the backpack straps are easy to tuck in the back slots. Each bag has a rain cover which is in a small pocket on the bottom which you can remove and flatten and place in bag instead as it protrudes into the packing space. It’s also a good place to put things you want to keep secure.
